Initiate Your Return
Log into your Addax account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
